Growing up in a family where healthy eating was a priority, I’ve always tried to find food that suits me best, often by trial and error. I discovered at a young age that when I ate the wrong foods, my health suffered. I started reading more and more about nutrition and, after leaving a high-demanding job in the family-owned business, I jumped into full-time nutritional therapy.
Today, I’m passionate about helping people improve their health through healthy eating. I truly believe that this can be done naturally, while having fun. In the last few years, I’ve also discovered a passion for jogging and working out, and physical activity has become a big part of my life. I believe mixing sports and healthy eating is crucial to achieve our overall goals. After all, healthy and fit equals 80% nutrition, 20% physical activity!
I’m a mother of two and I know how complicated it can get to feed a whole family. Even if preparing meals for my family is one of my biggest challenges, it’s also one of the things I love doing the most.
